We are into the business of converting waste to energy. We have plants to treat liquid wastes like Industrial Effluents, Sewage, Dairy, Distillery, Sugar, Solid wastes like kitchen, canteen, poultry, cow dung, food processing and agricultural wastes and also semi-solid wastes like slaughter house effluent, steep liquor, sorbitol, starch washings. We specialize in canteen waste treatment plants and also combined sewage and canteen waste treatment plants.
These Plants are available from 100 Kg. waste per day.

Advantages of Biogas Plant:
1.Installation of our biogas plant will enable you to very conveniently treat your entire biodegradable waste and thereby maintain a clean, hygienic, pollution free environment and also avoid all hassles of storage and transportation of waste.
2.Hygienic surrounding and airtight top covers for the system, hence no smell and foul odour from this system.
3.No flies and mosquitoes problem, birds and stray dogs, cattle menace and also no rats and rodents problem.
4.Electricity requirement is very low.
5.Water consumption is very low.
6.Saving in terms of transport and labour costs for disposal of above waste from source of generation to the disposal site.
7.Biogas, a renewable source of non-conventional energy generated, is proportional to the waste loaded per day.
8.Maintenance cost is low since the operation of the equipment is periodic.
9.We also undertake annual operation and maintenance contract or only preventive maintenance contract on separate mutually agreed terms and conditions.
10.The biogas produced provides smoke free fuel to your kitchen, can be used to fire boilers or for electricity generation.
11.The government has allowed 100% depreciation in the year of installation for this non-conventional source of energy and environmentally friendly waste disposal system.
12.The treated water can be used directly in your garden as it has excellent organically rich fertilizer properties and no foul smell or can be connected to the existing drains.
13.The size of our plant is very compact, can be installed in the area close to the generation of waste and is fully automated.

The Principle:
The basic concept of our design is based on a process known as Upward Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) developed by Dr. Lettingah in the Netherlands.
Brief Process Description:
The entire treatment plant is essentially one big tank split into 3 sections - anaerobic digestion section, aeration section and filtration section. A treated water storage tank would be required to store the treated water as per your requirements.

Anaerobic digestion section:
All the food waste is brought to the shredder and loading table. The segregated waste is further sorted on the loading platform and loaded into the shredder along with water and converted into slurry form. The slurry is connected to the inlet chamber. The sewage water is brought by gravity to the inlet chamber. The inlet chamber has a bar screen of size 2 m x 1 m x 1.2 m depth below invert to prevent plastics, metal, glass and other biodegradable material from entering the anaerobic digester. The inlet chamber is connected to the anaerobic digester. The anaerobic digester is made in RCC with top cover in MS reinforced FRP. The anaerobic digester contains internal proprietary modules made in FRP reinforced with Mild Steel. It has internal baffles, partitions and launders for anaerobic treatment & reduction in BOD and COD levels takes place.

Aeration section:
The aeration tank is made in RCC. A twin lobe blower of 100-m3/ hr capacity carries out aeration. Proprietary diffusers and module system made in FRP reinforced with Mild Steel carry out aeration. It is completely covered with top cover in MS reinforced FRP.

Filtration section:
The aerated water is then pumped with a Kirloskar 10 m3 / hr flow rate pump into a dual media filter (DMF). It contains dual media filter bed inside for removal of residual suspended solids. The operating pressure is maintained at 3.5 kg / cm2. The DMF is provided with a backwash arrangement and multi – port valve. The water is then passed through Chlorination system. It comprises of chlorine contact chamber, dosing tank and pumps. The dosage will be decided at site and may vary from time to time depending on the effluent quality. The treated water can be stored and used for landscaping, gardening.

Biogas utilization system:
which consists of biogas storage in neoprene rubber balloon with enclosure room and its subsequent utilization in canteen as a cooking fuel. Biogas Compression system, piping, safety items, automation items and two burners will be provided.

Control panel:
Made in Mild Steel with powder coating. It houses all the switchgear, indication lamps and auto-manual control for complete operation of the plant.
